Hearthfire: Free House Building! No Materials Necessary!

Have you already built a few houses with the Hearthfire DLC? When you make your new characters, do you wish that your home would just carry over? Well, I can't carry over your house data, but I can make EVERY. SINGLE. RECIPE. FREE. Yes, that's right! Every recipe and building module relevant to Hearthfire's home building is now free. No more need for lumber, mud, stone, iron, etc. It's all FREE. You can even take advantage of the fact that smithing the materials are FREE and boost your smithing to 100.
This mod requires the Hearthfire DLC.
Sapphire: Marriage & Companion Options

With this mod you may now ask Sapphire to be a companion (follow you around the world), as well as ask her to marry you (if you're wearing the Amulet of Mara, as usual).
Sapphire was always an elusive character that I wanted to travel with, so now she can join the player in his/her adventures!
Enhanced, Re-balanced Races of Tamriel

Having put hundreds of hours into Skyrim (playing as each race) I always felt like the races weren't balanced. In theme they made sense, but in game play some always felt more relevant than others.
Blacksmith Chest (Ingots, Ore, Leather, Gems!)

Located in Whiterun behind Warmaiden's. This is the smithing shop you first encounter when entering Whiterun. The chest sits near the back door to the shop. Refer to the images for the specific location.
You will find 9999 of each ore, ingot, gem, flawless gem, and Daedra Hearts in my blacksmithing chest.
Craft Lockpicks for 1 Iron Ingot!

Are you a thief that wishes lockpicks weren't so rare? Do you love having to always check specific vendors hoping they have 10 lockpicks for sale?
For average lockpickers (like me), I made this mod to support our ever-shaky hands. You can head over to any blacksmithing forge to craft your very own lockpicks! For a mere 1 iron ingot you can craft 100 lockpicks! There are no skill requirements to use this feature.
You can find the crafting recipe located in the "Misc" section of the crafting forge. (See the screenshot above). Enjoy!

Located near the back door of Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun (the alchemy shop in district 2).
I have placed 9999 of every ingredient I could find into this chest.
